All certification programs will contain a form within the course player that must be completed (along with all requirements of program completion) in order for official transcripts to be issued.

This online course is approved for 12 hours of chiropractic continuing education credit in the following states: AK, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, ME, MD, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, VT, WY, Puerto Rico and Nova Scotia.
CE approval in the following states is approved through Texas Chiropractic College's standing as a CCE-accredited institution: CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, ID, IL, MS and RI.
