The βFoundations of Fitness and Human Performanceβ course is designed to teach licensed clinicians about the current definition of fitness, and how it relates to everything we do during rehabilitation.
During this course, you'll learn the importance of applying appropriate amounts of stress to achieve long term physiological adaptation, as well as how stress relates to the cumulative loading of musculoskeletal injury. Additionally students will review fundamental movement principles and understand how they relate to the practical ways in which we manage function.
